Paul is a Talent and Talent Acquisition leader who focuses on talent management and acquisition strategy, employment brand, recruitment policy and the framework for operational delivery. He has globally lead recruitment transition as part of HR transformation. In 2016 he set up his own consultancy, Max Intalent, and has just completed a year as Interim VP re-imagining Talent Acquisition at Zalando SE, Europe’s leading on line platform for fashion.
Previously he has been Head of Talent and Resourcing at the UK’s main financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, where he established a talent strategy for what was then a new organisation. In addition he spent 7 years as Global Resourcing Director at Unilever where he designed and delivered a locally implemented global approach to resourcing policy, assessment and attraction.
Paul was named as one of the 11 most influential talent acquisition leaders based in the UK and Ireland by ‘Recruiter’ in both 2013 and 2014 and chaired the inaugural LinkedIn 100 Class of global resourcing leaders in 2013. Paul has also spent 7 years as a Resourcing Leader at PwC.
