Jennifer was formerly the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand for Mondelez International, one of the world's largest snacks companies with 2019 net revenues of $26billion, over 90,000 employees and operations across 165 countries globally.
Paul is a Talent leader who focuses on transformation, talent management and acquisition strategy, employment brand, recruitment policy and the framework for operational delivery.
Sam joined Balfour Beatty as the UK Head of Resourcing in 2017, covering all hiring permanent and contingent, Emerging Talent and Exec Search as well as Internal Mobility, Employer Brand and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Matthew is currently the Recruitment Director for EY UKI, (a multinational professional services network). Previous to EY Matthew was VP Global Head of Sourcing & Employment Brand at technology giant SAP, where he built an award winning team.
Nick has worked within the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition industry since 2007, having started his career with a boutique technology agency In London, where shortly after he moved to the Middle East to start a 14 year career, visiting multiple locations!
Mel Punch is the Head of Careers at Investec Plc an ‘out of the ordinary’ Bank and Wealth Manager with offices across the UK, US, Asia and Africa. Having joined the business 4 years ago to head up recruitment, Mel now looks after Recruitment, People and Talent Consulting and Employee Relations driving a smoother candidate and employee experience.
Rebecca has recently joined Capita as the Head of Divisional Resourcing for Government Services. Capita is one of the UK’s largest consulting and digital services and software businesses, with over 60, 000 employees in the UK, Europe, India and Africa. Rebecca currently manages a global delivery team to deliver over 3000 hires per annum and 10, 000 employees.
