Jennifer Candee
Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Jennifer is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Mondelez International, one of the world's largest snacks companies with 2016 net revenues of $26billion, over 90,000 employees and operations across 165 countries globally.  Jennifer sets and leads the global TA strategy and organisation consisting of over 100 TA professionals across N. America, Latin America, Europe and AMEA and provides matrix management to the TA Mondelez Business Services organisation (130 TA professionals) to create "one TA" way of working.

Prior to Mondelez,  Jennifer acted as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition of SABMiller, the second largest global brewer and one of the world’s largest bottlers of Coca-Cola drinks prior to its acquisition by ABInBev. The direct sourcing model she implemented in 2006 was seen as ahead of its time and delivered between £8-10 million in annual average savings.

Her background spans over 18 years of broad Talent and HR experience across a breadth of industries from financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing to FMCG sectors. Jennifer is a regular speaker at local and international forums and is passionate around creating sustainable solutions to address strategic future of talent challenges, youth in STEM and gender diversity initiatives. She was selected as a 2014 project lead for LinkedIn 100, a group of global TA thought leaders, named as one of the Top 20 UK Recruiting Pioneers by Resourcing Magazine in 2008, was profiled as one of the 11 most influential UK based resourcing leaders by Recruiter Magazine in 2013 and again in 2015 and was profiled in Changeboard magazine in 2015.

Jennifer additionally sits on the Advisory Board for Reconverse, a boutique business focused exclusively on the in-house resourcing market, creating peer-to-peer learning environments through events and user-generated content. Jennifer is a long-time member and supporter of the FIRM and has judged the awards since their inception and enjoys seeing the heightened calibre and innovations in the entries year on year. Her biggest passions outside of recruitment are her two energetic boys ages 6 and 8 who keep her young or make her old depending on the day. Although she has her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, she maintains that she is not always analysing everyone she meets but that it’s helped to hone her gut instinct on talent in our profession.
