Spanning 20 years in Talent Acquisition, Development & Management, Eunice is currently the Global Director for Employer Brand and People Experiences for Kerry Taste & Nutrition, a world leader in the global food, beverage and pharma industry with revenues of 6.4 Billion EURO, 24,000 employees, 130 manufacturing facilities serving over 140 country markets. Did you know that Kerry makes the inside of a Malteser and enables Guinness to have a velvet top, as well as owning brands such as Walls & Richmond sausages and making 90% of the butter and spreads in the UK?
Eunice originally worked in the consumer side of the business, Kerry Foods where she insourced Talent Acquisition to build a true COE from a greenfield site, developed a successful HiPo Talent programme and tackled employer brand and the EVP to win a number of industry leading awards in 2017-2018 alongside best new TA team of 2017. Earlier this year she moved to a regional TA role covering Europe & Russia before her current assignment with a global remit, focusing on the organizational identity inside and out aligned with people experiences and touch points.
Eunice’s career spans a breadth of industries for well known FTSE brands such as BP, Vodafone, T-Mobile, RBS, Virgin, Randstaad and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young to name a few and always within the field of Talent.
She has a true warmth and passion for people nurtured from her Italian upbringing and the rooted belief that everyone can be their best and unlock their true potential with some gentle coaching, support and encouragement to be curious.
Outside of work her family keep her on her toes as well as a keen focus on fitness, super healthy living, Italian Opera and of course cooking and eating amazing food!
